Browse, search and filter

Narrow a collection down by typing, by field values or by sorting.

Typing narrows the list; a filter narrows it further.

Search within the collection

Type in the search box above the cards. The results narrow as you type and suggestions appear under the box. Only what matches your filters is suggested, so a suggestion never leads to an empty result.

Filters

Under the search box is a panel with one filter per field that is marked as a smart filter in the schema: a drop-down for a single choice, chips for multiple choice and tags, from–to boxes for numbers and dates. Combine as many as you like; everything must match. Hide filters folds the panel away, and Clear resets it.

Sort and pages

Sort by newest, oldest, title, or by any number, date or rating field, high to low or low to high. Big collections are split into pages; choose how many entries a page shows at the bottom.

Tip. To search across every collection at once, use the search box in the top bar. It finds entries in everything you may see and shows which collection each result belongs to.
