Change values right on the card
One click on a value edits it in place, without opening a form.
Hover to play- Click a value on a card. Text, numbers, dates and choices turn into an input: Enter or leaving the box saves, Esc cancels.
- Numbers and ratings also have small − and + buttons: one click changes them by one. Handy for “episode watched”.
- Yes/no values flip at once.
- To rename an entry, press the small pencil beside its title.
Only the value you changed is saved, so two people editing different fields of the same entry never overwrite each other. Your personal values (ratings, progress) are saved as yours. If a value does not fit the field, a message says why and the old value stays.
Note. Long text, rich text, files and pictures are edited in the form, not on the card. Which fields show on a card, with or without their name and +/− buttons, is set in the page builder (see Collection page builder).
