Blocks of a collection page

Cards feed

The heart of most pages: the entries of the collection as cards. In its settings you choose:

• A title and subtitle for the block.
• How it pages: Numbered pages, Infinite feed (loads as you scroll), Load more button, or Fixed limit (a snapshot of N entries, no paging).
• Scope (all entries or the recently added) and the default sort.
• Whether it has a search box and smart filters, and whether the filters start folded. “Default filters” set what the block starts filtered to when the page loads; a visitor can still change or clear it.
• The card style (Standard grid, Compact grid, List view, Showcase cards), the cover ratio (poster, square, widescreen, 4:3, or none), the lock badge and the edit/delete buttons.

Hero banner

A wide banner with the collection’s name and description over an image. Set your own title and subtitle (or leave them empty to use the collection’s), the banner picture, its height (compact, medium, tall), the alignment, and whether to show the cover and the statistics pills.

Media

One picture, GIF or video. For a picture: an optional link, fit (fill the frame or show it whole) and a caption. For a video: the controls (the full player, only a thin progress bar, or nothing), whether it starts by itself, loops, has sound, and the player style. “No frame around it” puts the picture straight on the page. A browser only lets a video start by itself when it is silent, so with sound the visitor sees a play button first.

Gallery

Several pictures, GIFs and silent looping clips together. Upload many files at once or pick from what the collection already holds, then reorder, caption or link each one. Choose the layout: a grid of equal tiles, columns of natural height, or a scrolling strip; set the number of columns, the gap, the tile shape, rounding and whether a click opens the picture large with arrows to the others.

Documents

A set of files such as PDFs, shown as a grid of cards with the first page of each, as a list, or with every PDF opened right on the page at a height you set. A click on a document opens a viewer that can be taken to the full window.

Text, tabs, accordion, sections

• Rich text: a card of your own text, with a header and a look (glass, bordered or plain).
• Section divider: a heading with a subtitle to separate parts of the page.
• Tabs and Accordion: each tab or panel is a small page builder of its own, with rows and blocks. Open one with its Edit button and go Back up when done. They can nest as deep as you need.
• Section: a titled box that groups blocks and is always open.
• Button / link and Divider: a button that opens an address, and a line.
