Select, delete, restore and export

Work with many entries at once, undo a deletion, and take your data out.

Select several entries

Press Select above the cards, tick the entries you want (or Select all) and use Delete selected. The bar shows how many are selected; Clear selection empties it.

The trash

Deleted entries, collections and workspaces are not gone at once. They wait in the Trash (in the workspace menu) with a countdown of the days left, 30 by default. Restore brings one back with everything that went down with it; Delete forever erases it immediately. Selecting works here too.

Export

Export CSV and Export JSON at the top of a collection download all of its entries. The export is written to the activity log, because it is a way of taking data out.

Who did what

The Activity button opens the log of this collection: who created, changed, deleted, exported, and when. Filter by person, by action or by date, load more, and download it as CSV. More on this in Administration.
