Public registries

Publish a collection for others to browse, and copy entries from someone else’s into your own.

Publish

In the collection’s Settings tick “Public registry (anyone can browse and clone entries)”. The collection is now listed under Registries for every user of this installation, read-only. A collection with a password cannot be made a public registry.

Browse and follow

Registries in the top bar lists all public registries; My subscriptions shows those you follow. Open one to see its entries. Subscribe adds it to your subscriptions, and Unsubscribe removes it.

Clone into your collection

Each entry of a registry has a Clone button. Choose the collection to clone into, and the entry is copied there with its values, ready to be yours. Cloning does not change the registry.

Note. On a subscribed registry you can keep your own tracking: personal fields such as “my rating” are yours alone and are not part of what the registry’s owner publishes.
