The entry page

The cover, the fields, the files and the links of one entry, and the buttons that act on it.

An entry page as it looks by default, before you design your own.

Until you design the page, an entry shows its cover and title, every field of the schema, the media section and the related entries. Personal values carry a “yours” label.

The buttons on top

Edit: the entry form.
Lock item: protect just this entry with its own password (see Passwords and encryption).
Delete: send the entry to the trash.
My tracking: your personal values only.

Below the fields

Media holds the cover and the files of the entry (see Files, covers and galleries). Related lists the entries this one is linked to and those linking to it (see Link entries together).

Note. The layout you design is per collection: every entry of a collection uses the same page design, filled with its own values.
